Employee Retention, Development, and Appreciation - Presented by Kelly Shawn of RLS & associates Join us for a 3 hour workshop designed around helping transit professionals to properly retain, motivate, and develop their employees. Staffing has been a major issue for transit, exacerbated by the pandemic and post-pandemic hiring, attrition, and retention issues. How can your agency manage to keep the best people it brings in, develop them into transit stars, and let them know they are appreciated? Transit trainer Kelly Shawn will take attendees through a 180 minute workshop including group work and interactive exercises designed to help you go back to your agency with a plan of action for keeping and developing your best. |
