House Bill 58 - Interjurisdictional Paratransit
Summary - TAM has major concerns with House Bill 58 and the burdens it could impose upon TAM members. We advocate amending the bill the remove any mandate to provide interjurisdictional paratransit and instead form a study group to properly measure the unmet need for such transport and the additional resources required.
